my role: Front-end Web Developer

At Synopsys, I worked as the sole in-house front-end web developer in the marketing technology group where I developed the UI for many digital assets used in our marketing automation. For AEM, I developed re-usable components for our AEM website, Target A/B tests, developed the UI for large project integrations such as Marketo forms and Coveo Search. For email marketing, I developed the drag and drop templates for Eloqua email marketing and developed the new instance of Marketo for drag and drop capability when we migrated to Marketo.

Not only was I a developer, but I also enjoyed bridging the gap between production, design and marketing. I worked closely to the production team in order to advocate for efficiency for QA process and advocated for ease of use for the marketers who had difficulty working with some components. I was involved in design reviews with the UX team to communicate technical, usability, or accessibility issues and even trained marketers on email and web best practices.

I developed the HTML, SCSS, and javascript of the top navigation and footer on the Synopsys.com website to make sure it was responsive for mobile, tablet, desktop and large desktop screens.

Coveo Search

I worked on the SCSS and javascript to integrate the front-end of the Coveo Search UI on Synopsys.com.

Marketo Email and Forms

I developed the drag and drop components for the Marketo email marketing instance when we migrated from Eloqua to Marketo. I also developed the Marketo forms. I created best practices for email documentation and trained marketers on use of the Eloqua drag and drop email template.
